     STANDARD  PORTFOLIO PACKAGE

PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO PACKAGE IS Suitable for aspiring/established models FOR  MODELING, ACTING, ADVERTISING ETC.

• MAKE UP & HAIR STYLIST

Arti Damania ,  make up n hair stylist will be giving you a complete makeover, with different looks and hair styles for every change, required for your  portfolio, giving it a very professional touch. She has been working with me for the last 4 years, and she  excels in her work. TO SEE HER WORK, PLEASE CLICK HERE.

• 6 OUTFITS/looks

You will be given 6 different looks. Basically 6 SETUP changes.

• 50  images

The best 50 images will be selected from the 6 different looks and will be sent for post production.

• POST PRODUCTION OF IMAGES

Once the shoot is done, THE SELECTED pictures will go for post production, where every image will be professionally  retouched . The skin will be softened, any marks (pimples, scars etc) will be removed, body figure will be toned, pictures will be color toned (black n white, cross processed, etc), The pictures will be ready in 10  to 15 days from the day of the shoot (excluding Sundays).

• 4 Professionally designed Comp Cards.

A comp card  is a marketing tool for models. They serve as their portfolio and business card . A comp card typically contains a minimum two pictures — cover page with full size portrait and second page with a selection of representative shots from the portfolio — and the model's basic stats — typically height, CHEST, waist, shoe size, eye and hair color and contact information — printed on both sides. • master cd / DVD.

you will be given the master cd with the 70 retouched high resolution digital images which can be used by you for reprints anywhere , anytime. it will also consist a folder with web ready images( low resolution pictures). these pictures can be used to email clients , rather than mailing high resolution images. thus you save  time on uploading the pictures and sending mails. I suggest you to only email web ready images to avoid misuse of the images by anyone.

• prints .

you will be given 50 professional prints in size 4x6( hard copies).

• indoor/studio shoot & OUTDOOR SHOOT

It COMPRISES OF 5 INDOOR/STUDIO SHOTS AND 1 OUTDOOR LOCATION SHOOT WHICH WOULD BE ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THE STUDIO.

• List of  Model Coordinators with contact numbers

  YOU WILL BE GIVEN A LIST OF MODEL COORDINATORS WITH THEIR CONTACT DETAILS. MODEL COORDINATORS SERVE AS AN AGENT FOR THE MODELS. YOU NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM, MEET THEM PERSONALLY OR EMAIL THEM YOUR PORTFOLIO.

   

• List of  PRODUCTION HOUSES.

             YOU SHALL ALSO BE GIVEN A LIST OF PRODUCTION HOUSES FROM THE INDUSTRY.

             payment terms

 bOOKING DEPOSIT  - RS 5,000/- ONLY TO BOOK THE SHOOT WITH US. IT IS VALID FOR A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH.

ADVANCE PAYMENT - RS 15,000/- TO BE MADE DURING THE DRESS TRIAL AND PLANNING OF THE SHOOT.

FINAL PAYMENT - RS 10,000/- TO BE MADE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT.

note : This package doesn’t include wardrobe/FASHION STYLIST. You may have to get your own costumes ALONG WITH ACCESSORIES for the shoot. Please get many options as per your requirements. We will short list the best 6 outfits on the day of the shoot.

IF REQUIRED, WE CAN ARRANGE FOR A FASHION STYLIST AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. I HAVE FASHION STYLISTS IN THE RANGE OF  RS 6,000/- TO RS 10,000/- . YOU CAN FINALIZE ANYONE AS PER YOUR BUDGET. ONCE FINALIZED, WE SHALL PLAN THE LOOKS WITH THE STYLIST. YOU SHALL BE SENT FOR A  DRESS TRIAL OF YOUR OUTFITS BEFORE THE SHOOTING DATE. THE BEST 6 OUTFITS WOULD BE SELECTED AS PER THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE SHOOT.

MARKETING

we can help you launch your career as a professional model IN THE FIELD OF MODELING , ACTING & ADVERTISING . You can choose from 3 of our portfolio packages tailored to suit your needs. Once you have the portfolio ready, we will manage and market it in the fashion & advertising industry. We have tie-ups with some of the best brands and fashion houses in the industry. WE SHALL ADD YOUR PICTURES TO OUR MODELS DATABASE. as AND WHEN THERE IS A REQUIREMENT, YOUR PICTURES WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE CLIENTS DIRECTLY FOR SHORT LISTING. ONCE SHORT LISTED, YOU SHALL BE GIVEN A CALL.

HOW TO BOOK THE SHOOT :

• You can call, email or fill the form provided in every package.

• you will have to pay a deposit of RS 5000/- to book the shoot.

• you can pay by cash, cheque, bank transfer, Online transfer (NEFT).

• The date of the shoot would be as per availability.

• Banking charges , if any, during bank transfer to be paid by you.

• It is valid for a period of one month.

• The booking deposit is non-refundable.  

Cancellation policy

You must give 7 days notice if you wish to rebook your shoot. failure to do so, your deposit will be lost. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to another shoot as long as you have given at least 7 days notice of cancellation.
